Florida Requirements for Special Inspectors (SI)

The Florida Administrative Code specifies the minimum requirements for Special Inspectors of threshold buildings and Special Inspectors of threshold buildings (Limited).

CMEC offers the certification requirements for Concert Special Inspection with the ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector Certification.

CMEC offers an optional two (2) day review sessions which includes  administration of the examination approximately three (3) weeks later.  Exams may be rescheduled at other dates for convince to the examinee.

Exams only options may be scheduled at regular exam sessions or during one of many exam only dates offered around Florida.
