UPDATE!...Hurricane MIlton...UPDATE!

During hurricane season it may be necessary to cancel workshop / exam sessions or inspection activities. Due to the unpredictability of storm tracks and intensity, sessions may be cancelled with very little warning. 

Exam sessions may be cancelled and rescheduled if the session is in, or near, the affected area.  Sessions may also be cancelled and rescheduled if the instructors or examiners live in the affected area.

We understand the need for job site and personal property preparation prior to the storms arrival.  If a session is outside of the affected area and still scheduled, Individuals that live or work in the affected area can be rescheduled to a future session without penalty. Contact CMEC if you need to be rescheduled due to storm activity.

Cancelled workshop / exam session will be posted on the home page of the CMEC website.  Please check the website for cancellations when a named storm is expected.
