· CMEC Accreditation Expectations

To facilitate CMEC’s delivery of the highest level of accreditation services for its clients. CMEC expects its clients to:
Fully comply with all applicable accreditation program policies and procedures,
Promptly notify CMEC in writing of any substantial change in its status or operations relevant to its accreditation,
Grant the CMEC accreditation team full access to documents, personnel, and premises necessary for an assessment, including witnessing assessments,
Use the CMEC Accredited Logo in compliance with CMEC procedures, and not imply CMEC of any product, process, person, or service.
To assist in the investigation and resolution of any accreditation related complaints about the laborator
